- SimplyAnnual collects personal information when you register with
SimplyAnnual, when you use SimplyAnnual products or services and when you visit
SimplyAnnual pages.
- When you register we ask for information such as your name and
email address. Once you register with SimplyAnnual and sign in to our services, you are
not anonymous to us.
- SimplyAnnual automatically receives and records information on
our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, SimplyAnnual cookie
information, and the page you request.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
- SimplyAnnual does not rent, sell, or share personal information
about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies, except under the following
circumstances:
- We have a parent's permission to share the information if the user
is a child under age 13. Parents have the option of allowing SimplyAnnual to collect and
use their child's information without consenting to SimplyAnnual sharing of this
information with people and companies who may use this information for their own purposes;
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to
establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
- We believe it is necessary to share information in order to
investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud,

SimplyAnnual's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
- We transfer information about you if SimplyAnnual is acquired by
or merged with another company. In this event, SimplyAnnual will notify you before
information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

- SimplyAnnual may set and access SimplyAnnual cookies on your

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and
Preferences
General
- You can edit your SimplyAnnual Account Information at any time.
- Certain communications from SimplyAnnual, such as service
announcements and administrative messages are considered part of SimplyAnnual membership
and you may not opt out of receiving them.
- You can delete your SimplyAnnual account by visiting our Account
Deletion page.
Confidentiality and Security
- We limit access to personal information about you to employees who
we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products
or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
- SimplyAnnual personnel may access your account to resolve
technical support issues.
- We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply

- Your SimplyAnnual Account Information is password-protected.

(ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS
THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE
QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY
YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE
WILL BE CORRECTED. |

ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE

YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL. |

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT SimplyAnnual SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE
LOSSES (EVEN IF SimplyAnnual HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES),
RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF
PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION
OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO
THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR
TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR
(v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE
ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
- SimplyAnnual may update this policy. We will notify you about
significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the
primary email address specified in your SimplyAnnual account or by placing a prominent
notice on our site.
